Active Ingredients: Menthol 2.6%, Camphor 4.8%, Eucalyptus oil 1.2%

Inactive Ingredients: Grape seed oil, Bees wax, Shea butter, Cocoa butter, Cod liver oil, Coconut oil, Wheat germ oil, lanolin, Zinc oxide, Mixed tocopherol

Apply gently on chest, throat and under feet. Cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired. Keep clothing around your throat and chest loose to allow the vapors to reach the nose and mouth. Put socks on feet.
